RS485 COMMUNICATION BOARD

Each one of this board have 8 outputs and 8 inputs. The input is protected with a zener to limit the voltage and protect the microcontroller. The output have a transistor and give 500mA at 12Vcc to power relays, led's... In the same RS485 bus can add up to 4 boards, this way the system can handle 32 inputs and 32 outputs from the main board or the dedicated software. The microcontroller have a firmware with a hexadecimal protocol to communicate the state of the inputs and set high or low state to the outputs.
