SMPS 1U

The project was to build 1kw SMPS for supplying power to a d-class audio amplifier. All of the electronics must be fit in an 1U height amplifier chassis. Half bridge resonant topology, IRGP4620D igbts, IRS27952s controller, ETD49 core, MBR20200 secondary rectifier. Input voltage: 230Vac, main output voltage: +/-86Vdc, aux voltage: +/-20V, +19V.
