SPI IO expansion board

Couldn't find SPI IO expansion IC so I made my own IO expander prototype for SPI bus with input pins change detection which generates interrupt trigger. It's able to track 8 bit input and can be chained with other similar boards to extend input count. The PCB is made perfectly, good quality and nicely packed. Assembled board works as expected, however had to fix my own mistake.
