Very small PCB for spinal cord implant studies

We are a research group from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, who have developed a flexible bioelectronic implant which can be positioned along the spinal cord to record neural activity and act as a platform for electrical and chemical treatments after spinal cord injury. The device requires a very small PCB to route the electrode channels from the implant to a commerical connector. We fabricated this PCB with local companies but had issues with the connectivity and inconsistency of the drill holes, which stalled our research; they were unable to make a PCB at the very small 3/3 mil track/spacing we required. PCBway was recommended to us by colleagues in the engineering department. It was very easy to make an order with them and they were very communicative, friendly, and forthright about potential issues in the design, their engineer contacted us with suggestions and giving us the oppurtunity to resolve them. We recieved our PCBs quickly and they are working great! I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you require high precision work!
