Z-axis milling issues

Hello, I received the products. However, during inspection, I noticed something unusual. In the Z-axis milling process, as shown in the attached photo, there is a step difference of approximately 0.4mm at the final section. This appears in 18 locations across individual parts and on all five components. Due to this step difference, we are unable to assemble our remaining parts completely. Could you please confirm if this step difference is within normal tolerance range? Thank you.
