The second PCB is a two-layer design with a thickness of 1 mm, finished with HASL lead-free. This was used for a simpler coil design, intended for lower power applications or scenarios where cost-effectiveness is a priority. The manufacturing quality was again top-notch, with clean traces and a smooth finish. This design was significantly more affordable, making it a great option for prototype testing or less demanding applications. Both PCBs performed exceptionally well in my tests, showing good consistency with my design expectations. The overall experience with PCB manufacturing was positive, with timely delivery and excellent customer support. I highly recommend these designs for anyone working on wireless power transfer systems, especially if you're looking to experiment with different coil configurations and need reliable PCBs for accurate testing.
