IRF3205- 55V 110A Mosfet - TO220

 The IRF3205 is a high current N-Channel MOSFET that can switch currents up to 110A and 55V. The feature of MOSFET is that it is very low in resistance of only 8.0mΩ, suitable for switching circuits such as Inverters, motor speed control, DC-DC converter. It is also one of the low resistance, easily available and inexpensive MOSFETs.

 So if you are looking for a MOSFET to be used in your switching circuit operating below 55V and 110A, you might consider using the IRF3205. Note that the IRF3205 has a high threshold voltage and is therefore not ideal for on/off control with embedded controllers. You can try the IRF540N for this purpose.
