Holidays Production and service arrangements:
1.Orders can be placed as usual.
All online services on our website, such as online quote, file review and customer service are available.
2.The following processes continue:
SMT:If your order requires long lead-time components, we suggest you confirm to pay before Jan 31, 2021. So we can clear the customs before holidays. Or many components may be delayed to reach us because of customs clearance delay during holidays.
Below products can be produced from Feb 19th, But orders can be placed as usual：
2 layers Aluminum，Rogers, Copper Base, Multi-layer PCB，HDI PCB,Thick copper PCB, Flex，Rigid-Flex，CNC,3D printer， Sheet metal
Immersion gold(ENIG), OSP, Hard gold ,Immersion silver(Ag) ,ENEPIG etc.
Express order is valid if pay to confirm before 18:00pm(GMT+8),Normal order is valid if pay before 18:30pm(GMT+8)!!!
Note：
1.The delivery time in the form is for reference and the final review time shall prevail.
2.For urgent orders, please contact your sales rep to confirm the delivery time. Our customer service is provided normally, but may be delayed accordingly.
3.For express orders in the schedule, due to the shortage of manpower in courier company during holiday season, it will possibly affect the express delivery time, PCBWay does NOT bear the related loss caused by the delivery delay.

4.During the Spring Festival, the lead time will be extended. There may be delays in delivery and limits in orders, so please arrange the order before the holiday to avoid affecting your production schedule.
5.On February 19, 2021, all employees will be back to work normally.
