I ordered PCB prototype. My PCB has a BGA IC.
When I used the online calculator, the price was about $84.
After reviewing by PCBWAY engineer, the price was changed as about $258.
BGA ball spacing is 15mil. the spacing between ball and line trace is 5mil.
the line trace is 5mil.
With these spec, will the Price be increased ?
In the online calculator, Min track/spacing was 5/5mil,
The engineer said that the price was increased because the Min track/spacing is 6/6mil=0.15mm.
My design specification is 5 mil.
I don't understand why the price is increased.
