BGA components design and assebly

Dear PCBWay team,


We are planning to design and assembly a PCB based on component packages 169-UFBGA, 48-TFBGA and 24-TBGA (below component datasheets).

We would like to know if PCBWay can manufacturer this kind of PCBs and if uses x-ray based BGA soldering inspection techniques during assembly process.

If it does, inspection is carried out on each assembled pcb or, instead, a sampling is carried out over the total assembled?
