How to achieve energizing a relay with 2 isolated inputs.

I have a 12V relay that I want to be able to energize with two inputs. These inputs might be on individually, or both at the same time. And they must be isolated from each other completely. How can I do this simply without using 2 relays?

    In general, you can have an arbitrary number of inputs (analog must be converted to digital) fed to a logic circuit which determines what to do in response to those inputs. The logic output then drives a properly rated mosfet for the voltage and current for the relay. Michele's answer is a good implementation of the mosfet and relay circuit (Q1/K1) but I would investigate whether optocouplers are right for your application. See the block diagram...
