hello i would like to build a cell phone signal jammer using NE55 timer. I have attached a link for that shows the PCB board schematic and the components parts that is nedded. I also attached another link which i think that shows the correct PCB board to build the cell phone signal jammer using NE55 timer. 

May you tell if this is the correct PCB board i need and instructions on how to order it.? Thank you

    For the first link,you can get component information and download the gerber file directly from it then place an order by PCBWay. For the second link，according to the description,it may meet your requirements,but it lacks the schematic etc so we are not sure about that.You can place an order to try it out.

    The first link, I can confirm will work but you will need the design files for manufacturing. The second link has insufficient information to tell, no schematic etc so am not sure about that. PCBway can design it for you if you contact them through the PCB design option and send them details of what you need, if not you can DIY and get it made.
