SMT spacer and Substrate....

We have issue regarding strenght of copper track on substrate. The SMT spacer peels off with copper track after screw fitting. please refer to photo.

    You can add a number of vias in your SMT pad and perhaps also opt to have them filled with resin to add strength to the pads. The plated via adds support through the board and adding resin makes it even stronger.

    I would recommend the method that Jesper recommended. I call this technique via stapling. It helps keep traces or copper floods attached to the fiberglass backing.

    One thing you could do that wouldn't require a design change is to epoxy them to the pcb after soldering for additional strength. Otherwise, you can consider changing to a through-hole spacer that you press-fit into the pcb. You could then solder it to ensure electrical connection. That would also give you the option to add another screw from the otherside to keep it in place so no stress is on the copper cladding itself.
