Hi all,
I was under the impression that Lipo batteries should not be exposed to high temperatures. Yet i am being told , for a battery that comes "raw", meaning it is not equipped with an on board protection circuit , that I could apparently solder a protection board directly on the battery terminals.
I have my doubts about applying a hot soldering iron directly on the battery terminals, do you have any experience?
