Could be spanish, they perhaps wish to submit a postscript (.pdf) for possibly an impression or to present to you their submission.. Wildest guess Silkscreen layer but if impreciser or more generalised notion possibly submission of board design using postscript layers.

Do you mean to manufacture PCB according to PDF file？If you want to submit PCB order,please provide gerber file.Thanks！
