This stencil is about as good as stencils come. The holes were very precisely lasered out, and the lines were straight and without jagged edges. The steel is high quality and without corrosion. We didn't use a stencil printing machine this time around due to our small production run and our choice to have both sides of the board on one stencil. We were planning on doing the solder paste printing by hand from the beginning. Pretty much we always do prototype solder printing by hand. Anyway, the solder went straight through the holes as expected and stayed on the board when the stencil was lifted. It did a perfect stenciling job. Good stencil.
