Working area illumination controller

It was time to finish some projects that were stuck on a prototype stage for months. Working area illumination in a kitchen was one of those. Now I know I have solid device instead of ugly mess of wires and breadboards. However, my wife wouldn't have noticed the difference if I hadn't told her. :))
