small I2C encoder reading board - 8 encoders!

After trying my hand at surface mount soldering for this project I decided to use PCBWay's PCB Assembly service. I've attached one photo of my soldering and one of PCBWay's - I think it's easy to tell that PCBWay placed the IC more accurately and made more consistent solder joints.
