The electronic module with high efficiency of the DC\DC converter on ST1S12GR. To replace 78xx series microcircuits with output voltages of 1.2 and 3.3 V.The printed circuit board of the module is very small. The pins of the electronic module have a standard pitch of 2.54 mm. This allows the module to be used to replace linear stabilizer microcircuits in TO-220 package. The maximum output current of the module is 0.7A. Efficiency - 90% The frequency of the PWM converter - 1.7 MHz.
