DIY Instant heating induction soldering iron
Today I will be making a simple and Powerful induction soldering iron that heats instantly in just a second you just require some few components like two pieces one and four double zero seven diodes two pieces one kilo ohms resistors two pieces mosfets 100 micro Henry inductor push button and a two pin terminal connector I first prepared simple circuit diagram of the circuit as you can see here two mosfets are connected in a way of fast switching flip-flop circuit to energize this inductor the Gate of circuit is triggered by these one kilo ohms resistors also a push button for on and off. And after spending some time with the soldering process I cleaned the PCB with isopropyl alcohol and here our PCB is looking nice and clean also I placed the two mosfets on its place and then soldered it I used 25 mm ferrite core to make inductor and use 0.8 mm enamel copper wire for winding you can first wind up to 5 tons of wire in call then by making Center Point Loop wind another 5 turns of wire then place it over here and now solder it with the PCB use a cardboard piece for insulation of inductor coil place a washer a bowl through inductor and PCB hole Place Another washer here and then a nut now I prepare these two copper wire hooks also these type of connectors and piece of paper clip or copper wire for soldering tape I connected all these things together foreign now finally our induction soldering iron is ready also I installed small heatsink on mosfet for heat dissipation connect 12 volt DC input wires [Music] on pressing the push button the tip will instantly heat up in seconds and ready to solder foreign it is also very efficient and consumes less power and can be connected directly with 12 volt battery .
