Gamecube Controller Gashapon Keychain
3D print your own Gamecube Controller gashapon shells!
This will allow you create custom keychains using OEM/compatible buttons and sticks.
This design is based of off 3D scans and are very close to the shells produced by Nintendo.
The project files include:
GCC FaceButton Keychain:
- Upper Shell
- Lower Shell
- Mid Frame
GCC C-Stick Keychain:
- Upper Shell
- Lower Shell
- Mid Frame
You will need:
- Three (for each keychain) M2, 6mm long screws for tapping into plastic, like these: https://www.mcmaster.com/90380A326/
- 2mm steel ball chain with clasps
- Gamecube Controller Face Buttons
- Gamecube Controller Face Button Membrane
- Gamecube Controller C-Stick
- Gamecube Controller T3 StickBox
If you decide to share or sell these, please credit me. Thank you!
Please note:
The C-Stick Midframe uses a small plastic snap that catches onto the stick box.
This connection is very delicate and can brake easily.
Because of this, I also included 2 screw holes that can be used to screw the stick box into the mid frame part, shown in the 6th picture.
Use the screws that are used in the controller for this.
I plan on creating and posting the rest of the Nintendo Gashapon Keychains, so please stay tuned.
