Heat pump remote monitor
The main core of this device is the Raspberry Pi 3B. On it, there is a python program that runs and reads values via Modbus from a heat pump and posts them on a remote database. The Raspberry Pico has the duty to keep the case at constant temperature avoiding overheating the RPi and force it to go in protection mode using n.2 fans installed one in the RPi case and one on the bottom of the power supply. There are two sensors, one in the RPi case and one in the power supply case, this will allow keeping under control the system also remotely because the Pico is connected via UART to the RPi. The RPi posts in a separate database the values of the temperature read from the Pico.
The Pico also manages the controlled shutdown of the RPi in case of a power cut or broken power supply.
