FPGA Test Board

### DESCRIPTION ( Introduce yourserlf and your project)

Hello everyone, this project is to solve a problemt on our lab because we need work on fpga board, but many  commercial boards of FPGA have components and other features that for a first contact with this devices are innecesary.

For this reason, I designed this board based on Spartan 3E FPGA to introduce the students on FPGA thecnology, with basic board that they use with a simple micro usb and program the exercise in class.

This board has a FPGA Spartan 3E, the dimension of the board are 5x5cm but in this space has 8 channels of ADC, 10 IO 5V tolerant, 15 IO , SPI flash, JTAG port
