IGBT MASSIVE DRIVER Scale 2

DESCRIPTION

Hi, I'm Alberto, a student mechanical engineering at University of Padua, Italy.

I have to graduate soon and my final project is a system that everyone can use to make electric conversion.

Actually there are no ready made complete project from motor to controller.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

I'm using all open source design, from motor to controller (the most expensive part).

My kit would be made by two PMSM motor (130kw each) and two indipendent IGBT controller.

Soon would be available GitHub page for:

- Plasma cutting for motor laminations

- Motor design

- Igbt design

- Inverter building and driving

I'm not good in electronics as it should need for this huge project (specially in safety rules), so I found and I will use ready made designs, like this one from Powerex to drive my massive IGBT modules.

For this reason I would like to use the original design that is on four layers and it has tiny vias.

I hope that PCBWay can help me. I've already use your service (I will also use for my self designed circuits) and I found it excellent, but the boards I bought were only two layer and with regular holes.

I notice you have no shared project, in "Electic Vehicles" section, my project will also help to to be more complete.
