What's the heavy copper PCB?
The finish copper of conventional single side is 0.5OZ, and the finish copper of double side is 1OZ. The multilayer out finish copper is 1OZ, and the inner finish copper is 0.5OZ. When the copper is more than 2OZ, it is heavy copper pcb.
This is a high TG, high layer and heavy copper pcb. The board is difficult and special for process. First the copper is 4OZ, and the layer count is 12 layers.
