1 Scope
This specification applies to all commissioned Waixiejiagong printed circuit board schematics , PCB board diagram , parts list , netlist , PCB board finished goods inspection , audit .
2 Schematic Review
2.1 Schematic connection accurate, unambiguous , seamless lines, no extra lines, note placement and docking connection with the components of the leg nodes.
2.2 Selected components should meet the basic requirements for product design and requires clear labeling of the selected part number , model number and its packaging , no extra components.
Analog circuits , the digital circuit , the power supply , the housing land should be strictly separated on 2.3 schematic.
2.4 schematic analog circuitry, digital circuitry , the transmitter and receiver modules and other high frequency power supply side should multiplexer

2.5 For a self-built library , the library components to self , pad size , pore size , pin span , the order is consistent with the physical dimensions package.
3 components checklist
3.1 parts lists shall be consistent with the schematic , without missing parts, no unnecessary parts .
3.2 parts list should accurately express specification, model , quantity, packaging manufacturers in the form of the selected element.
3.3 If you have special requirements ( such as power , dimensions, heat sink size, installation , etc. ) should be noted.
3.4 prone components ( such as component names, pin distance , connector type, etc. ) should indicate confusion .
4 Netlist check
4.1 Netlist should be consistent with the schematic connections between the components of each device package .
4.1 custom component package should be accurately reflected in the network table.
