Welcome to the PCBWay 10th Badge Design Contest

The design concept is simple that anyone can use it without much knowledge as it is activated by two switches. One switch for ON and OFF for the whole system while another switch to switch between half smile and complete smile. The Primary way I see PCBWay is that it creates happy customers which includes me to create many either high-tech PCB or even goofy and funny PCB and it created a bridge so my creativity can reach the world. It provides custom PCB where I can experiment on so many different things and is primary reason where PCBWay shine creating happy customers.

The badge PCB contains 18 WS2812B RGB LEDs and an ESP32-WROOM-32D microcontroller. 12 WS2812B diodes were placed in a circle along the edge and additional 6 diodes in the shape of the number 10. Three CR2032 battery containers are connected in parallel to increase the battery capacity and extend the badge's operating time. The USB-UART bridge was implemented using CP2102N chip. The ESP32 microcontroller, USB-UART bridge, buttons and batteries are placed on the bottom layer of this PCB. User will be able to upload light sequences using USB interface or wirelessly via WiFi or Bluetooth. Preparation of the sequence will be possible thanks to an application that can be run on a computer (under Windows or Linux OS) or a portable device such as a smartphone or tablet. The buttons are used to turn the device on and off, activate the WiF/BLE wireless mode and select the sequence displayed on the badge. The badge has a diameter of 10 cm, only SMD elements were used.

my design concept is led blink_er circuit by using two 555 timer ,6 LEDs ,4 resister and 2 capacitor with one coin cell battery.
