Product Instruction:
The single-channel relay module features delayed power-off, trigger-based delay, and cyclical timing circuitry. It offers an adjustable timing range from 0.1 seconds (minimum) to 999 minutes (maximum), allowing continuous customization.
This product is designed to be user-friendly with robust functionality. However, we strongly recommend each buyer thoroughly review the operational instructions for optimal usage. It's an incredibly practical product that combines simplicity with powerful capabilities.
Module Highlights:
1. Wide Voltage Supply Range (6~30V) with support for convenient micro USB 5.0V power input, ensuring ease of use.
2. Clear and straightforward interface boasting powerful functionality that is intuitively understandable, catering to nearly all your requirements.
3. One-key Emergency Stop function (STOP button) with reverse connection protection, preventing damage in case of reverse connection.
4. Introduction of a sleep mode: when enabled, the display automatically shuts off if inactive for 5 minutes; any key press reactivates it.
5. Customizable settings for various OP, CL, LOP parameters, each independently saved for individual configurations.
6. Automatic power-off retention for all configured parameters, ensuring data preservation even after power loss.
Operating Modes:
P1: Upon signal triggering, the relay switches on for OP duration, then turns off. Within the OP duration:
P1.1: Re-triggering during OP time is ineffective.
P1.2: Re-triggering restarts the timing process.
P1.3: Re-triggering resets, the relay switches off, and timing stops.
P-2: Upon trigger signal, the relay disconnects for CL duration, then switches on for OP duration, and finally disconnects after the completion of timing.
P3.1: Triggering leads to relay activation for OP duration, followed by disconnection for CL duration. This cycle repeats upon subsequent triggering within the loop, halting timing upon disconnection. The loop count (LOP) is adjustable.
P3.2: Upon power-up, without a trigger signal, the relay connects for OP duration, disconnects for CL duration, and repeats the cycle. The loop count (LOP) is adjustable.
P-4: Signal Hold function: Upon signal activation, timing resets to zero, maintaining connectivity. When the signal ceases, the relay remains on for OP duration before disconnecting. If the signal reappears during this time, timing resets to zero.
Special Note: The relay output is a passive contact, providing a non-powered output that controls the opening and closing of circuits in the connected lines.
Timing Range Explanation:
The timing range is adjustable from 0.1 seconds (minimum) to 999 minutes (maximum) and can be selected as follows:
To set the timing range:
- Access the mode selection interface and set the parameter values.
- Use a short press on the STOP button to choose the timing range.
- Display indicators guide the selection:
- XXX: Decimal point at the units place indicates a timing range of 1 second to 999 seconds.
- XX.X: Decimal point at the tens place indicates a timing range of 0.1 seconds to 99.9 seconds.
- X.XX: All decimal points illuminated indicate a timing range of 1 minute to 999 minutes.
For instance, to set OP at 3.2 seconds, shift the decimal point to the tens place on the digital display (showing 03).
Explanation of LOP (Loop Count) parameter:
- 999 loops represent an infinite loop for OP connection time and CL disconnection time.
These parameters are independent and shared across modes. For instance, if OP is set to 5 seconds in P1.1 mode, transitioning to P1.2 mode will retain the 5-second OP setting.
On the main interface (displaying 000):
- A short press on the SET button reveals OP (CL, LOP, and their respective time settings).
- If a mode only has OP (e.g., P1.1, P1.2, P1.3), a short press on SET displays only OP and its corresponding time.
- For modes with OP, CL, LOP (e.g., P3.1, P3.2), a short press on SET displays OP with its time, CL with its time, and LOP with its count.
After setting the mode, easily review the current parameters for that mode by short-pressing the SET button on the main interface, ensuring convenient access to settings!
Setting Parameters:
1. Determine the relay's operating mode.
2. Based on the relay's mode:
- On the main interface, when the module powers up, the current working mode blinks (default is P1.1 mode). Long-press the SET button for 2 seconds and release to enter the mode selection interface.
- Use short presses on the UP or DOWN buttons to select the desired mode.
- Once the mode is selected (e.g., P3.2), short-press the SET button to set the corresponding parameters. The parameters to be set will blink (OP connection time, CL disconnection time, LOP loop count representing infinite loops).
- Adjust parameter values using UP or DOWN buttons (supporting long-press for rapid adjustment and short-press for single-unit adjustment).
- After setting the parameter values, use a short press on the STOP button to select the decimal point position, choosing the timing range (from 0.1 seconds to 999 minutes).
- Short-press the SET button to move to the next parameter for the current mode, repeating the process as before.
4. Once the parameters for the selected mode are set, long-press the SET button for 2 seconds and release. The currently set mode will blink, indicating successful parameter setting. Return to the main interface from the mode selection interface. Parameter setting is successful and straightforward.
Main Interface: Displays "000" when the relay is not operational (no decimal point), while when the relay is active, it displays with a decimal point, ensuring clarity.
Mode Selection Interface: Long-press SET to enter, complete settings, then long-press SET to exit and return to the main interface. This process is simple and user-friendly.
STOP Button Function Expansion:
Relay Enable Mode:
1. ON: Allows relay connection during OP connection time.
2. OFF: Disables relay connection, maintaining a closed state continuously.
On the main interface, a short press of the STOP button toggles between ON and OFF states. The current status blinks to indicate the change, returning to the main interface afterward. (This function serves as an emergency stop, instantly disconnecting or connecting the relay.)
Sleep Mode:
1. C-P Sleep Mode: Within five minutes of inactivity, the digital display automatically turns off while the program operates normally.
2. O-d Normal Mode: The digital display remains continuously active.
Long-press the STOP button for 2 seconds and release to toggle between C-P and O-d states. The current status blinks to indicate the change, returning to the main interface afterward.
These expanded functionalities of the STOP button enable swift toggling between relay enablement modes and sleep settings, providing convenient control and status indication.
