Hi,

I'm looking for build a 4 layers flex rigid pcb,

at one end the Rigid part and on the other end the flex part with components.

To do this i understand thal i should seperate the rigid from the flex layers,so  the inner core be flexible (layer 2-3).My question is how to make the design with Eagle to put components on inner layer, normally we can only put components on top and bottom layer,in my case i want use the flexible parts to continue out of the rigid PCB with a flexible termination.

But my problem is that i don't know how to put componants on this termination (put components on layer 2 and 3 per exemple).

Thanks

Put components like you normally do. Use rigid Layer to highlight the rigid area, use flex layer to highlight the flex area. Basically you have to cover one side with a rigid layer. Also if you're dealing with such pcb design, you should definitely move on to much advance pcb suit which supports such feature, like altium for example.
