A500 8MB FastRAM Board

Originally based on the design from http://lvd.nedopc.com/Projects/a600_8mb/index.html

Adds 8MB of RAM to Zorro II space. Stackable with other projects.

Replaces the original Altera EPM7032 with the Atmel ATF1502.
