Description

ATTiny GPIO Expander (0-Series 1-Series MCP23017)

This ATTiny GPIO Controller has an on-board 16 bit MCP23017 I2C GPIO Expander for quick access to push-pull GPIO pins when a lot of inputs or outputs need to be read or controlled.

There is also a 4 pin I2C header for easy connection to another I2C device such as an OLED display or for passing on the I2C bus to another board or peripheral.

The board accepts a 14 pin 0-Series or 1-Series ATTiny (x04/x14 part numbers), has a UPDI programming header, and all ATTiny pins are connected to break out headers.
