Description
BeagleV Chew Toy
This is a small board that extends the GPIO header out from the board, and rotates it 180deg. Great for dealing with heatsinks and still wanting to use various add-on boards that are compatible. This would also work for the RaspberryPi header, though the resulting GPIO mapping on the "hat side" would not be correct (accept for 5V, 3.3V, and GND).
Parts needed:
- SMT of Through Hole header on the "Beagle Side". A 2x20 female short smt header is what was intended for the board, and mounted on the top side, but a through-hole header would also work. I used the Adafruit 2187 part, but there's lots of options that are compatible.
- 2x2 female male header for the fan header (5V and GND)
- 2x20 male header through hole for the hat side
