MSX 2x32K Cartridge Board
Simple to use MSX 2x32K Cartridge Board, 100% compatible with original hardware.
Materials needed:
IC1: 27C512 or 27C256 DIP28 Eeprom memory
C1: 1uF 16V Electrolytic Capacitor
R1: 10K 1/4W Axial Resistor
JP1: 3-pin-Header
A, B, A+B: 2-pin-Header
How to make a 2-in-1 32K Cartridge:
-Divide the 32K ROMs in 2 blocks of 16K and swap the blocks to obtain a swapped 32K file.
-Join the 2 swapped 32K ROMs into a 64K file and burn it on the 27C512 EEPROM memory.
-Include C1, R1, and use JP1 to select between ROM1 and ROM2.
-One of 3 (A, B, or A+B) must be closed.
How to make a single 32K Cartridge:
-Divide the 32K ROMs in 2 blocks of 16K and swap the blocks to obtain a swapped 32K file and burn it on the 27C512 EEPROM memory. (27C256 may be used instead of 27C512).
-Include C1.
-Close the first two pins of JP1.
-One of 3 (A, B, or A+B) must be closed.

Hi Paolo! Sorry for the late response. I've just tested this board and works just fine.
Your board is ok, but you need to close A+B and also the first 2 pins of JP1, since JP1 is used to choose between the first 32K and the last 32K of the 27C512.
Also, I recommend a simple hex editor to swap your rom files, i use HxD. Nothing against Swaprom software, but with HxD you have better understand of what you are doing.
For example, for 32K Galaga, simply copy the content from address 0000 to 3FFF, and paste it from 4000 to 7FFF, and vice versa.
I tested this on my MSX1 argentinean clone Talent DPC-200, wich is based on the corean versión from Daewoo.
Aditionally, I'm not very pleased with the footprint I used for the IC, the holes are too small and makes not easy to insert the 27C512, sorry for that. I will upload a 2.0 version with bigger holes for better insertion.
