The Miandra laboratory module is made according to the topology of a step-down pulse converter.
The laboratory module is designed to set the necessary output parameters depending on the current need. A feature of this laboratory module is the speed of response to changes in load and response speed. The output ripple in the voltage stabilization mode is within 20mV, which in turn is the most common criterion in the construction of inexpensive home and industrial laboratory power supplies.
Unlike a linear laboratory power supply, the size and dimensions of cooling systems are much smaller. This is due to higher efficiency, which is within 80%. To increase this parameter, you must use an external driver, which is designed specifically for this module. An external driver allows you to achieve higher efficiency, up to 94%.
The regular cooling system has a smooth fan operation, which significantly reduces noise during module operation. Resistor R10 is responsible for the initial temperature.
LED indication of the operating mode: green - voltage stabilization, red current stabilization.
The output parameters of the current and voltage are set by variable resistors R14 and R1. For smoother adjustment, you can replace standard resistors with multi-turn, which will significantly increase the accuracy of changing the output values.
To connect a combined measuring device, you can use an example as indicated in the figure.
The cases of variable resistors must be grounded to the common negative of the board, to prevent the influence of interference and interference on the module.
For fixing the radiator to the board, 2 through holes are intended, it is necessary to install the screw through an insulating washer. The TIP35C transistor is installed through thermal grease without laying. Also, the input + will be present on the radiator, this must be taken into account in order to avoid short circuit to the case.
