Description
NE555 based Positive and negative voltage power supply
This power source unit uses +12VC and GND to generate +12VDC, GND and -12VDC needed for applications like oscillators, op amps and similar circuits.
it's a simple way to obtain a -12VDC rail to use with OPamps if you haven't a transformer. it's also relatively simple, but it has the drawback of limited current in the negative rail.
I do not claim ownership on the schematic.

NE555 based Positive and negative voltage power supply
Using 12VDC and a NE555 you can get positive and negative 12VDC for applications like operative amplificators and oscilators.
