GEORAM expansion clone for Commodore 64/128 V2.101
This is a PCB for a GeoRAM expansion clone for Commodore 64/128.
Description
4th RELEASE!
Version 2.101 - 02.05.2024
- The license allows commercial usage.
- Fixed minor problems on the PCB: the mounting hole is perfectly centred, Caps labels have been corrected.
‼️ If you downloaded the new Gerber Files ( 2.101 ):
- It's fine that a very small amount of copper is removed from the edge connector in the case of beveling ( I suggest 45 degree )
- A complete soldermask opening for the position of the edge connector if the correct choice.
👉 I'll upload a new version of the Gerber files as soon as possible.
3rd RELEASE
Version2.1 - 22.4.2023!
This is the release 2.1 with little improvements.
What you get is a PCB with NO SMD components, so it is easy to mount, and there is even more; the attached issue N.8 contains the description in detail of the circuitry. This project has no secrets for you.
Changes from the version 2.0:
- The mounting hole has been moved to best fit the into the C64 cartridge case.
- The tracks around the mounting hole have been redesigned.
refer to the BOM for the components list.
It is a card you can easily assemble by yourself, I avoided any SMD component.
Happy tinkering!
(!) The provided git repository could be not in sync. Download the attached Gerber from this website, it is always aligned with the latest production files.
