discharging: Is the case that user uses battery under the voltage allowed to be used, It is often under 10.7 v so: This circuit protects lead acid battery from discharging
1- This circuit turns off load when the voltage be 10.9v
2- The battery must not be used when the voltage be 10.7v and cells of battary will damage when use it under this voltage .
3- Good lead acid batteries have a life span between 3-5 years. but this period be less to some months With misuse and the occurrence of discharging that causes damage cells of battary
4- The circuit has an anti-oscillation feature = After disconnecting the load at 10.9v it will not return to work until the voltage be 12v and above.
5- The circuit works automatically and does not require pressing a switch,But the switch is used if the battery is disconnected at 10.9v and charging is incomplete for 12v and above,So you can turn on the load by switch to Use the remaining voltage and circuit will turns off load when the voltage be 10.9v again.
Note:
-Use a thick, short 4mm wire to play circuit from the battery in order to stabilize the circuit rating and turn off at 10.9 volts.
-Thin wires should not be used because this causes a calibration error and voltage drop, which causes the load to be switched off at high voltages.
-For load wires =Use as you want to connect with the relay.
