20X4 LCD Driver HomeMade!!

## DESCRIPTION

My name is Parmesh Singh, from India. i have designed a PCB to driver a 16X2 or a 20X4 LCD using I2C port.

you can program 8 different address that means you can driver up-to 8 LCD panel using only 4 wires i.e Data, Clock, Power and Ground.

The best part is its small enough to hide behind the LCD panel but big enough to use a DIP-8 chip that is PCF8574.

With this you can adjust the Contrast as well and also control the back-light using I2C port only.

this module works on 5v and consumes less power.
