BLDC & Servo Motor Tester
I am Sedat a undergraduate electric-electronic engineer student. I recently started RC Airplane hobby and I purpose develop myself in this hobby step by step in systematic manner. Therefore, I ask PCBWay for sponsorship my BLDC & Servo Motor Tester project at very early stage of my hobby as it can be seen by simplicity of my project.
One week ago I needed a PWM signal generator to test my new BLDC motor. My aim was to measure thrust data of my motor at different duty cycle values of PWM signal. I made a market search and I found very common servo and BLDC tester which has a potentiometer, input and output ports structure. As my aim was to measure thrust data at different duty cycles, I should know exactly at which duty cycle I am at. However, the products that I found in market does not contain any display. For this reason, I designed a circuit which includes a Arduino Nano, a 16x2 LCD display, 2 potentiometer (one for adjusting duty cycle and the other for LCD contrast setting). Then, I implemented circuit on a stripboard and I verifed it with tests. Right now, I want to conclude this BLDC and Servo Tester project by replacing stripboard with professional PCB because PCB will avoid loose cable contacts and other possible failure reasons when testing motor. Also, replacing stripboard with PCB will gain better and finished project appearence to circuit.
I always see sponsorships of PCBWay with my favorite youtube channels on different countries from all around world and I hope PCBWay might be sponsor my project too generously.
Best wishes,
Sedat
