Damper Test Bench

### DESCRIPTION ( Introduce yourserlf and your project)

Hi everybody, i'm a student of elecronics engineering at University of bologna, i'm trying to realize an automated and precise damper test bench 

### TECHNICAL DETAILS (With project photos)

The goal is to create a custom board equipped with an mcu, some high resolution analog to digital converter and some other special features like termocouple sensors.

At the moment i’ve developed it with a discovery board from Stmicroelectronics and a home made board with some op-amp and mosfet on it. 

The project is based on the necessity to test and characterize various type of car and motorcycle dampers to tune it in a better way.

In order to do this we have to acquire and process some data on a pc (through a labview application) and make the relative plots.

At the current state we are capable to make everythings work but we’re already planning for a next level prototype. I’m planning to make a dedicated pcb where i add the mcu, all the power converters and some high resolution and fast adc to make readings more precise and fast.

The pcb will not be so big, i'm trying to make it as tiny as i can (max 100x100mm), max 2 layers and maybe a stencil for better soldering it.
