ESP8266 12F/12E MODULE BASED RGB CONTROLLER

I am an engineer student generally loves IOT , ARDUINO and RASPBERRY. I love making PCB badges with some different circuits!!!

I just try to make my projects more easier with the unbelievable support by Pcbway.com , I understand them as my brothers and guiders and thanks to all those who asks questions frequently as it boosts me up for future projects researches......

I don't have my lab or workshop such as i don't have a good income and earning!!.

Ok so this project is based on ESP8266 12F/12E WIFI MODULE.. This project is my first project on ESP8266MOD and SMD component..

hence i think i would need a SMT hot air soldering station.

The project is very simple to build where it just needs the bare minimum configuration of the esp8266wifi module..

This project Pcb is built only for Ws2812b RGB leds Aka neopixel leds!! the photo is as shown below:

The main Feature of this leds is that they have the WS2812b IC BUILTIN them which makes our soldering work less. The leds have 4pins as VCC , GND , DIN , DOUT arranged respectively. check the attached datasheet aka documentation for the leds.

To use this Board we need some accessories that are:

WS2812b led strip
WS2812b Led matrix --- check pcbway gift shop
WS2812b neopixel Ring --- check Pcbway gift shop
WS2812b 7 segment display

after gathering the project accessories let us move to define the pins-

For LED STRIP the pin definition in the code should be GPIO5 aka D5

For LED SEGMENT the pin definition in the code should be GPIO4 aka D4

For LED MATRIX the pin definition in the code should be GPIO16 aka D16
