F1 in Schools - Tachyons
I’m Francesco Lazzarone, Project Manager of Tachyons, an F1 in Schools team. We are 6 International students based in Deledda International School in Genoa, Italy.
We currently participate in the F1 in Schools STEM competition, an international challenge involving more than 60 countries.
We just passed the second stage of the race, the semifinals, and are now heading towards the Italian National Finals this 16th of June.
The competition consists in the creation of an F1 team, and the design of an F1 car model (around 30cm x 10cm x 10cm), which is then manufactured with CNC technology.
The main concern for us in the two previous stages of the challenge was the manufacturing of the car, that is why we would like to partner with you.
We are looking towards improving our car and manufacturing it with high quality CNC technology, and we think you could really help us in this.
This is not a PBC project, but nonetheless the car model is CNC manufactured, so we hope you can still support us.
We have prepared a presentation of our project and we would be delighted if we could discuss an agreement with you. We can guarantee your brand visibility through our digital media, as well as in presence by putting your logo on our merch, car and more.
It is estimated that thanks to the event on the 16th of June at Varano Circuit (Dallara Academy), around 500 people will be present and around 1 M views reached through social media, newspapers and tv news.
