Independent Plant

We can observe that so many plants are dying because of carelessness of us because most us don't water the plants .

But in my project plants can water themselves when the moisture level of the plant reduces.

Moisture level is the water percentage in the soil of the plant.

We can also plant the water and observe the moisture level with our laptop, computer or in our mobile.

You may think that this project makes us lazier but our laziness should not effect plants and our nature.

So I made this project called Independent Plant with the device Gowtam Plant Helper.

Parts Used

Nodemcu / Esp8266 :

Nodemcu is like a human brain which is the head of everything and which controlls everything.

It has a microprocessor which give commands which was given by me.

It can also connect to wifi.

We have to give instructions to it through coding.

'C' the programming language is used to code it.

We can code it by using the Arduino Ide.

Moisture Sensor :

Moisture sensor reads the moisture level through some commands given by it and send the moisture sensor data to nodemcu.

Moisture sensor gives the input data of moisture level as raw data.

Nodemcu changes the raw data given by the moisture sensor as moisture level as percentage through some commands.

Relay :

Relay is a device which is used to on and off the water pump.

Relay will on and off the water pump through some commands.

Water Pump :

Water Pump will water the plant by the commands that were given to relay by nodemcu.
