I have always felt like big watch companies are taking a large profit for their brand/prestige when making their watches and when I see that watches even the cheapest are in the hundreds (USD), it really makes me wondering if that money goes into the watch making or if it is going into the pockets of these companies.

I wanted to make a simple, minimalistic automatic mechanical watch for around 100 USD.

Design

As stated above I want to make a minimalist watch. Inspirations for the design down below. I haven't started designing the model yet as I have to learn myself to 3D model and if don't get the funding I can't make the project a reality. Then there is no reason for me to even start designing.

My school cannot afford to cover the cost of my project, they can barely afford to cover the cost of Fusion360, so I am hoping that the people at PCBway or others with good will can sponsor my project
