Ultra Powerful ATMega1284P powered Development Board
I'm an engineer who likes to make PCB's and other stuff in my free time, I love working with Arduino's and Raspberry Pi's.
Arduino boards are easy to use. They are commonly found.
But they just aren't powerful enough.
When you are out of the beginner range, you find that the Uno's 32KB flash, and it's puny 2KB RAM, just not enough.
This is an Arduino Board based off the ATMega1284P.
The board has:
128KB flash, 16KB SRAM, 4KB EEPROM, an on board RTC module, JTAG header, Arduino compatible(somewhat) pins, a location to put an optional temperature sensor, and more.
This is simply a powerhouse. You can't argue with that.
It has a USB port for VUSB(theoretically) and a FTDI location for FTDI programming.
Not even the Mega can compare to this- price and power wise. Using PCBWay's low costs and good quality PCB's, this is definitely going to be a success.
