Summary： According to GB/T26572-2011 "Limited Requirements for Restricted Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products" and GB/T26125-2011 "Limited Restricted Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products (Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers), PCBWay’s PCB production is in current national standards of Restricted Substance Inspection.
Recently, PCBWay entrusted the independent third-party inspection and certification organization, China Inspection and Certification Group Shenzhen Co., Ltd, according to the requirements of GB/T26572-2011, the restricted substances (Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers) in the PCBs was tested and quality inspection reports were issued.
China Inspection and Certification Group is the only multinational inspection and certification institution with “China” prefix and “Inspection, Appraisal, Certification, Testing and Training” as its main business. It is the largest domestic inspection and certification institution approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), the National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) and the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).

According to the requirements of PCBWay, China Inspection and Certification Group Shenzhen Co., Ltd. used the chemical test method to test the PCB samples according to the test procedure of GB/T26125-2011. After a three-day inspection, the test results are shown in the following Figure.

Many electrical and electronic products still contain a large number of restricted substances such as Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers due to functional requirements and production technology limitations. These electronic and electrical products containing restricted substances are disposed of improperly, which will not only pollute the environment but also waste resources.
The above test results show that the PCBs manufactured by PCBWay have passed the inspection. The products meet the corresponding national quality standards, and the content of the restricted substances in the PCBs meets environmental requirements. The testing process is independent and rigorous, and the test results are fair and reliable.
