Among the highlights at EE Live! 2014 will be a printed circuit board prototyping demonstration put on by LPKF Laser & Electronics in booth 937.
LPKF, which manufactures in-house PCB prototyping equipment, will exhibit their best-selling PCB milling system throughout the three day event, which takes place April 1-3 at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, Calif. EE Live! was formerly known as Design West.
LPKF's system, called the ProtoMat S63, is a benchtop milling machine that features high spindle speed and feature resolution to quickly and accurately produce PCBs. System features such as fiducial recognition and automatic tool change assist the user in producing applications, which can include PCBs, RF filters, test fixtures, and more.
In-house prototyping equipment can produce single or double-sided PCBs in under an hour, saving users a considerable amount of time over outsourced prototyping options.
