Circuito que acondiciona la señal de un trasductor PT100, para medir la referencia de temperatura en ohms y convertirla a milivoltios, a través de un OPAM diferencial llevarla en forma de voltaje a un ADC.
La resistencia de ganancia (R3) está calculada para una salida de 0 a 10V - -> 0ºC - 100ºC, pero se agrega una resistencia adicional para que puedas ajustar el valor con una R en serie (R3 y R4), si no la necesitas, simplente haz un punte en R4.
La alimentación del puente de Wheaston es de +12V y GND, el OPAM diferencial se alimenta con una fuente dual externa de +12V, GND y -12V.
Puedes usar PT100 de 3 y 2 hilos
trata de usar resistencias con tolerancia de 1%

Circuit that conditions the signal from a PT100 transducer, to measure the temperature reference in ohms and convert it to millivolts, through a differential OPAM to take it as a voltage to an ADC.
The gain resistor (R3) is calculated for an output of 0 to 10V - -> 0ºC - 100ºC, but an additional resistor is added so you can adjust the value with a series R (R3 and R4), if you don't need it, just make a dot on R4.
The Wheaston bridge power supply is +12V and GND, the differential OPAM is powered by an external dual supply of +12V, GND and -12V.
You can use 3-wire and 2-wire PT100
try to use resistors with 1% tolerance
