Got this to work, thanks. A few notes about REVA from the PCBway site: you do indeed need the BE 3K resistor kludged to the bottom of the PCB as mentioned otherwise the SBC won't work at all. Also, for me the reset button didn't work; I had to wire it up externally and hook it up to the 40 pin expansion header. Furthermore C6 cap and the 47K resistor aren't needed, it appears to be something to do with the 555 based reset debounce which is not on the REVA PCB. Finally I could not find an accurate layout for the REVA you get if you get it from PCBWAY, so if you want to get this PCB, in my opinion you are better off downloading gerbers for REVB and getting PCBS made from that, and perhaps PCBWAY can update the page to have the one-click buy be for REVB? But overall, great work, it looks like it was a fair amount of effort getting the eater 6502 design laid out on an inexpensive 2 layer board.
