DDCSV portal alignment module
The portal synchronization module is designed to align the portal of a CNC machine or 3D printer with 4 axes. It eliminates the need to use the slave axis to align the portal (not all CNC controllers support the slave axis). The input receives a STEP signal and a DIR signal from the control controller, which is broadcast for 2 stepper motor drivers, main and slave (Drive A and Drive B). At the operation of the end sensors Home_A or Home_B locks the corresponding axis. After operation of both sensors the signal is transmitted to the control output HOME and the operation of all axes is unlocked.
